Pin Player is a media player application that allows users to play media content from their own sources, including IPTV playlists (M3U/M3U8 URLs) and Xtream Codes credentials. Pin Player does not provide, host, distribute, or control any media content.

• You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App.
• You must ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You are responsible for providing your own content sources (playlists, credentials).
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Pin Player Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription.
• Subscription options include Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions).
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, as governed by Apple and Google policies.

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pin Player. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

• Pin Player is a player-only application and does not host or provide any content.
• We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of content accessed through user-provided sources.
• We are not affiliated with any content provider or IPTV service.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pin Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
